I have a lot of clients and friends who ask me about which healthy items they should buy at the grocery store. For those of you without the time or know-how to make your own list, here are my suggestions for you! This categorized list provides a ton of healthy options covering the essentials you'll need to maintain a well-balanced diet. Use it to write up your grocery list, and don't worry, healthy doesn't have to be boring. Every week you can pick new items from the list to try. This should help take some of the thinking out of the process!
