Measuring your Diastasis

Diastasis Rectus Abdominis or the post birth baby bump, is the seperation of the Recus Abdominis muscel to to increased stretching of the Linia Alba.  The Linia Alba is the connective tissue that runs down the middle of your Rectus Abdominis muscle and stretches out during pregnancy to allow more room for your baby's growth.  Due to increased stretching during pregnancy, the connective tissue can become very thin and weak.  If it's not properly taken care of post birth it can stay stretched out for years after birth.

If you think you may have Diastasis Recti or have any questions about it please fill out the box below and we will set up a FREE consultation.
